Halloween Festivities

We have been busy lately doing fun Halloween festivities. We went to a couples halloween costume party. I dressed up as the swine flu and Collins dressed as a cowboy. To my surprise I won for having the best female costume! Kinda funny. We also went to a pumpkin patch and got some cute pictures of the kids and had our ward trunk or treat. We have been having lots of fun lately especially with eating lots of candy! Yum! Happy Halloween everyone!

Las Vegas Trip

Collins and I just got back from Las Vegas. We had so much fun and it was great to get away to spend some time together. We met up with some of our friends Shane and Stacey. Collins and Shane had a great time playing golf while Stacey and I shopped till we dropped, literally. Bruce and Jerri watched the kids and did a wonderful job. We missed them so much while we were away. It was weird not having someone to take care of all the time. I kept feeling like I was missing something. Anyway, it was a much needed vacation and so much fun. Thanks Collins for surprising me with a fun trip. You are too good to me! Love you!

My Birthday!

I had a wonderful birthday this year! I turned 25! For some reason that makes me feel so old! Crazy! It was a fun birthday though. Some of my friends threw a surprise girls night out for me and it was so much fun! We had a great time together and laughed so hard. We definitely need to do it again! Then today we went over to Bruce and Jerri's and had dinner and watched Conference. Jerri made my favorite dessert ever, fruit pizza! So yummy! It was a very nice birthday with great family and friends! Thank you all so much! This week Collins and I are going to Las Vegas for a little vacay without the kiddos! I am really looking forward to it!! Can't wait to relax and go shopping!

BYU Wins!!!

Last night we went to the BYU/OU game! It was pretty awesome to be in the new cowboys stadium and to top it off BYU WON! It was a great game!

Sydney's first dance class!

Sydney went to her first dance class today! She absolutely loved it! She is doing the class with her friend Avrie. For the most part she listened and followed directions pretty well. I have been waiting for this day to come to be able to take my own daughter to dance. It was so much fun I think I loved it just as much as Sydney did! 

My brother is very talented....

My brother is pretty much amazing. Check out this mirror he made with a jewelry holder on the inside. Basically the best invention ever if I do say so myself! He still has some work to do like painting and installing a ring and earring holder on the inside. I seriously wish he lived here to build me one! Good work Ty!

P.S. He is still trying to decide on what color to paint it. I thought a off white distressed look would be cool and he was thinking black. If you have any suggestions let me know! Thanks

Trip to Utah

We had such an awesome time in Utah! We were able to spend time with family and see friends! It was a busy couple of weeks and the kids did awesome other than Sydney's little melt down that she had on the plane ride home. We had a wonderful time and miss everyone already. 4th of July

This year we celebrated th 4th all weekend. We started off celebrating on Friday with a trip to the lake with some of our friends. We had a lot of fun and then on the 4th we headed over to Bruce and Jerri's house for some good food and swimming. We had a great weekend with friends and family and i'm not looking forward to tomorrow when Collins has to go back to work. We are looking forward to going to Utah though in about 2 weeks! Yay!

It has been awhile since I have posted something. Here are some pictures of the last couple of weeks of the kids. We have been doing a lot of swimming lately because it is starting to get super hot here in Texas! We can't wait next month to go up to Utah and visit our family!
